All my appointments were by video. The care I received from Hannah Wearmouth was faultless. She has a caring manner and gave excellent help and advice regarding my problem.

I was extremely happy with the care and service I received. All aspects of the therapy sessions were very helpful and I feel that I have received all the necessary tools and advice to help me continue.
When I started the sessions I wasn't sure whether there was anything that could be done to improve the stiffness and pain in my hands, but through the exercises, guidance etc., I am already noticing improvement, which I am extremely pleased with.
Suggested improvements
I don't think you could have done anything better under the current circumstances. Although we couldn't have face to face sessions because of Covid-19, the telephone sessions worked well and I received all the necessary leaflets etc to study at home and also the therapy sponges for the exercises..
The phone calls were always on time and at a time convenient to me. I think the support I received was excellent.

Because dr millward is the first psychiatrist that has ever seemed to listen and want to help me feel better. I feel really supported by him and he done everything he said he would do.

I was allocated a Saturday clinic in Kettering for my son. Sudborough house wasnt busy as it was the weekend and the doctor was waiting for us when we arrived, we were taken straight into the appointment. My son was put at ease by Dr Joshi, he was able to talk freely to her about his difficulties. As this is the final part of the assessment process the doctor was able to confirm his diagnosis. Thank you so much for the fantastic service, your friendly and informative approach, the lovely lady on reception, immaculate building, and COVID safe approach. We really appreciate what NHFT are doing as a service to continue supporting us through this process despite the pandemic.
